- By accepting the GTC & the right of cancellation when ordering online, you confirm your details and your agreement with the GTC and the right of cancellation. A legally binding contract is created between Sport Pauli and the customer noted on the booking. All items and services noted on the receipt are binding.
- The rental equipment is divided into different categories and age groups (children/young people, adults). The actual selection of brands & models of ski & snowboard equipment takes place on site at the rental shop. The prices include all taxes & duties applicable at the time of booking. The prices are displayed in EURO and paid accordingly. For bookings made online, there are no payment or booking fees for the renter.
- Die Leihgegenstände müssen bei Leihbeginn mindestens gegen Bruch- & Beschädigung versichert werden. Ein Ausschluss ist nicht möglich. Bei allen Artikeln mit Versicherung (Ski, Snowboard, LL-Ski) wird Ihnen dieser Betrag bei Buchung automatisch berechnet & separat ausgewiesen. Folgende Versicherungen können Sie auswählen: Schutzgebühr gg.Bruch & Beschädigung: 1,00 € / Tag je Ski/Board und Langlauf. Weist der Leihgegenstand bei Rückgabe einen nicht reparablen Schaden auf, so wird ein Selbstbehalt von 20% auf den Zeitwert verrechnet und ist sofort fällig.(z.B. ausgebrochene Kante, Kante durch auffahren auf einen Stein od. ähnliches verbogen, Belag total bis auf das Träger - Laminat beschädigt, Seitenwange ausgebrochen, Ski verbogen oder gebrochen, Stock gebrochen, usw.). Bei Diebstahl ist eine polizeiliche Bestätigung vorzulegen. Bei Verlust haftet der Mieter (z.B. Verlust eines Ski im Tiefschnee, Verlust eines Stockes, usw.). Der Mietgegenstand wird Ihnen lt. - The rental equipment is to be treated with care and attention. The customer is responsible for the proper use of the rental equipment. Any liability for accidents and injuries is excluded. Sport Pauli is to be held harmless. The rented equipment must be returned in a serviceable and tidy condition during our shop opening hours. The customer must inform himself/herself about the opening hours. The transfer of the equipment to third parties is not permitted. An exchange of the rental equipment during the rental period to a higher category, as well as a one-time exchange from ski to snowboard and vice versa is possible. A possible surcharge will be charged on site. In case of an exchange to a lower category there will be no refund/reduction of the price.
- The hire equipment can be waxed free of charge on request and any additional service work will be charged.
- When purchasing new skis or boots, a maximum of 2 days rental fee for the purchased item will not be charged. Further days will be charged as normal. Rental fees already paid will be credited up to a maximum of 2 days in accordance with our right of cancellation.
- The hire fee is charged for the entire hire period (total days/calendar days). There is no refund for days on which the hire items were not used (no refund in the event of bad weather or downtime of the lift and cable car facilities). In the event of an accident or illness during the hire period, the customer can cancel the booking by presenting a medical certificate and returning the hire equipment immediately. The hire fee will be refunded on a pro rata basis. Billing takes place when the hire items are booked online by clicking on the "Order with obligation to pay" button.
- It is possible that on days when you do not use the rental items, you can deposit them with us and inform our staff that you are not using them. In this case, the rental day can be cancelled from the total rental period and such a day does not have to be paid for. Refunds will be made in accordance with our right of cancellation (except for reservations via third-party providers & other internet platforms that are not directly connected to Sport Pauli; Sport Pauli is not responsible & liable for refunds).
- The day will not be charged until 10.30 a.m. After 10.30 a.m. we will charge the day as normal, as the rental equipment can no longer be rented out on this day (service work and boot disinfection can only be carried out until the next day). The booked equipment can be collected on request from 3.30 p.m. on the previous day (night skiing excluded). From 3.30 p.m. the rental fee will be charged from 8.30 a.m. on the next day.
- Vouchers are only credited against the prices valid at the time of booking for a minimum rental period of 2 days in accordance with our terms and conditions. Vouchers may not be credited for various promotions or special offers. The creditable voucher value is shown separately when you book online. Voucher values are €3.00 or €7.00 and are credited depending on the rental item rented. Only one voucher can be deducted per person. Additional vouchers cannot be credited. Vouchers are not valid for bookings via third-party providers & other internet platforms that are not directly connected to Sport Pauli.
- The prices stated on the Internet at the time of booking for the respective category apply. Payment is made directly at the time of booking via Paypal or credit card. The payment processor is Paypal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg or hobex AG, Josef-Branstätter-Str. 2b, A-5020 Salzburg or sofortueberweisung.de .
- You will receive a booking confirmation/invoice to the e-mail address you have provided after completing your booking. Please check that your details are correct and inform us immediately of any changes. You will receive a receipt in writing when you rent the equipment on site. Any changes are only valid in writing. Verbal agreements are not valid.
- For all legal disputes in connection with your booking on the Internet, Austrian law applies exclusively. The language of negotiation for legal disputes is German. The place of jurisdiction is Vorarlberg.
